Mama Clara

Since arriving in Ifakara my name has changed. Nobody calls me Marta. I even think most people do not know I am called Marta. My name in Ifakara is “Mama Clara”, this is typical Tanzanian, and women are usually named after their first born. I know some moms in the compound but I also don’t know their real names!
